We will not be back. My son spent 25000 at your hotel/Lukas Pesut/no more

Liked: Nothing, but location was close to my sons home.
Disliked: We checked in on Thursday and were not advised room service was only every other day. Room service was almost non-existent. From Friday until Sunday evening we called the front desk twice requesting (plus went to the desk to ask for towels and coffee) service and finally the fellow that works in the laundry room came to tidy the room. One evening it was 10pm when they delivered clean towels and coffee but left no creamers, hand towels etc. but the used towels and 2 day old garbage were not taken out. On another day they left coffee but no coffee cups. We requested early check in when we initially booked and received an email stating they would try and accommodate but received no further reply from the hotel. The day we arrived our room was not ready. We tried to have a swim and hot tub but the jets werent working and the hot tub water was luke warm.
