We had a great time. Had some amazing food and the night life can't be beaten.

Liked: Being right on Bourbon Street was great. Walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: Just the usual smell of the area, but it's to be expected.

Liked: The lobby area of the hotel was beautiful and decorated well for Christmas. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were always helpful when we had any questions.
Disliked: Breakfast option was very limited as booking through booking.com meant you were only entitled to one thing. Rooms are cleaned only every other day and we were missed on one of the days we should have had cleaning. They did come the next day instead. Maybe naive on our part, but due to the location the outside noise is very loud and until the very early hours of the morning. The hotel does provide ear plugs. Speaking to other guests, we paid $100 per night more than other guests who had exactly the same room type. We booked in advance and they booked last minute, so maybe worth noting. Disappointing nonetheless.
