We had a great time. Had some amazing food and the night life can't be beaten.

Liked: Being right on Bourbon Street was great. Walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: Just the usual smell of the area, but it's to be expected.

Decent but average in room...

Liked: Location. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: Noise level from security road plates outside my room. Horrible pillows, flooding from shower along with weak water pressure.

Liked: The staff was amazing! Everyone in the front desk, security, concierge and manager - Shameka. The ease of check in and check out. We ended up having to extend our stay due to the blizzard in New Orleans and they were very accommodating to the situation.
Disliked: The room was clean. The bathroom was also picked up but there was hair in the shower and on the floor upon our arrival. Also, while the hotel did accommodate our extended stay due to the weather, they did not offer food vouchers or perhaps a one time free night or something. Our flight ended up being canceled 4 times due to the winter storm, therefore we had no option but to add an additional 4 days of added expenses that we did NOT have planned. We paid at minimum $50 + on breakfast for the two of us. All we ordered was a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast plate and two coffee's at the hotel. I wish they would've been a little more considerate due to the fact that we had no choice but to stay longer. The hotel manager did reduce our room rate but we still had 4 additional days of room charges along with food. I just wish the hotel offered us something, even a one time food voucher or something. I'm sure the hotel wouldn't of gone bankrupt by helping us a little more than a reduced rate on a room.

Excellent location and extremely nice...

Liked: Everything was perfect from the view to the delicious coffee. Thank you so much to Mary for the good conversations and coffee. Thank you also to valet and front desk for being so hospitable. We’ll definitely be back and stay here again.
Disliked: Everything was perfect. Maybe more firm pillows but otherwise everything is perfect
