Housekeeping personnel were very rude...
Liked: Hotel was clean, in a good location and accessible to several restaurants and stores within the area. Room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: I checked in Thursday evening and clerk explained to me that room service was every other day (so mine would be Saturday) I was gone all day Saturday and came back late that evening, and housekeeping did not do anything to the room (no towels, bed not maid, nothing was cleaned) I had to take dirty sheets and towels downstairs and get new sheets and towels then had to make the bed myself. The next day (Sunday) I asked housekeeping were they going to clean my room because no one cleaned it on Saturday as scheduled. Lady called her manager and said I was rude and that's why she did not clean it, I explained to the manager I was not rude, I simply asked if my room was going to be cleaned today (Sunday) since it was not cleaned on Saturday. Both housekeeping employee and manager were very rude during the whole conversation (and my wife recorded the conversation as well) and I explained to the housekeeping manager we can go pull the camera feed to show where I simply asked the lady if she was going to clean my room today (Sunday) and her manager stated that she believed her employee plus they were short-handed and some rooms were overlooked. However, the lady was cleaning rooms that no one even stayed in (204, 205, 207) to name a few. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled and I will not be back to stay at this hotel. I travel for my job and have never had any issues at other hotels, and I always stay either at Four Points or the Hilton if there are no rooms, but I will not stay at this hotel again and I will let my company know to take the "recommended" off of their list.
