Just not was I was...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and nice. Within the location I was looking for.
Disliked: I was not informed about the heat in the pool room being broken. The whole reason we came was to swim. My booking listed breakfast included on my confirmation and it was not. You had to pay separately for it. The gentleman that checked me in was very snotty and rude.

Got the job done, but...

Liked: Convenient location, comfortable beds, good price
Disliked: Hair in the shower, numerous light bulbs out in room, footprints from shoes on bathroom floor, staff that hardly spoke, freezing pool room
