Liked: The location was great for getting to the mall
Disliked: The fact we booked a hotel with a pool and hot tub for a reason, and to find out it’s closed due to Reno’s was very disappointing, with nothing done to make up for it. The beds were not overly comfortable but at least the bathroom had a fan.

Not a good stay

Liked: Location and ease of checking in. Staff were friendly but lacked the information i should have received when I checked in
Disliked: Pool was out of order. And was not notified. The Booking website showed it as an amenity. That's one reason I chose it. Loud banging in the middle of the night without apologies. Staff were very indifferent as to who were coming or going.. looked like a seedy hotel and staff didn't care.Garbage and spilled drinks were left in the hallway A door to a room was severely damaged and should have been covered up as if it was under repair. Instead it was left untouched and looked like a drug bust
