Liked: Great location for me as walking through the park & ravine was very relaxing.
Disliked: Nothing.

Definitely Coming Back

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was a great display. The breakfast server was extremely knowledgable, patient, and helpful. The veggie pizza I ate from the East 75 Lounge was AMAZING!!. My room was super sanitary. The bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome soft AND firm pillows. I felt safe and secure with my surroundings.
Disliked: Loved my stay.Berries and yogurt at breakfast would've been nice, but that's just a personal favorite

Liked: The room was good, the bar and restaurant was great . The girl working the bar was fantastic. The morning staff was great.
Disliked: The nighttime front desk was not a pleasure. She just made me feel like an inconvenience, and she just seemed annoyed with our presence . Other than that, it was a good stay.

Liked: Ben at the front desk was awesome to deal with.
Disliked: No ice maker on our floor. The bathroom sink was cracked but worked fine. There was only one elevator working.

Will not stay for personal...

Liked: They have a pool and a steam room.
Disliked: The location is not convenient. I thought the price is expensive for the kind of room, no enough lighting and breakfast is not included at $154/night price.
