Liked: Very neat. They let me check in early.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off around 1am jolting me out of sleep and I found myself racing down the fire/emergency stairwell half dressed with other guests only for the reception staff to say there was nothing wrong. No explanation offered whatsoever. They were looking at us like we were crazy or something. Despite the fact that the alarm was still sounding in the whole place.
