Liked: Location and room.
Disliked: There as zero customer service. On both nights we stayed the bar closed ‘early for residents as well as walk-ins’. There was a Rugby Match on Day 2 of a 2-night stay and it was obvious that making money from the rugby crowd was more important than their clientele.

Liked: The only what I liked that the room was clean.
Disliked: I booked this hotel as it was with pool and spa, but indeed the receptionist told me on a checkin that they don't have any lesure centre and insure me that I made mistake. Later when we were back to hotel another receptionist was surprised and told us that they have pool and spa also. She was very sorry as it was already closed. She apologised but it didn't help in our situation as we were visiting just for one night. The room had very tiny window and there was no fresh air. In the morning on breakfast we were shocked when we saw the cheese with mould, that was horrible. Lack of staff and in 4 star hotel I think it's should not be such a mistakes.
