Disliked: it would have been nice if there was a coffee/ tea station available in the lobby,especially since we were staying in the off-season in Cape Cod and a lot of things were closed

Liked: The place was clean enough, but the front desk staff (woman) was extremely rude. When we arrived, she never greeted us, stayed sitting in her chair. I knew it was early and did not expect to check in, so I told her we were here to us the restrooms, but we did have a reservation She immediately said,well you gave check in now. I replied to her, that I was aware of that and was not asking her to check in only where the restrooms were. All while she is still sitting in the chair, with a scowl on her face. My husband ended up finding the restrooms while I stood there. The gentleman to the right (staff member) asked me how was our trip down there. I answered him, thank you for asking. I asked him about nearby restaurants in the area and he told me about a couple. Meanwhile the woman was still sitting and at this point ignored me. Then she stated talking and said, oh your room is ready if you eat to check in now. I was surprised but of course said yes and proceeded to check in. She finally stood up and told me the room number etc. When I told her I didn't hear her because I'm hard of hearing, she rolled her eyes...I finished checking in at this time my husband returned and I thanked her and said to her"smile it'll go a long way and life is good". Not a you're welcome nothing.. she's very rude and cold. Not a good impression for your hotel.
