Liked: Although we didn’t have a chance to use them but we liked the bar and pool when you walk in. The staff at the front desk were friendly
Disliked: The carpet on the way to our first room was stained and we noticed the mirrors on the walls extremely dirty. Once in the first room, the thermostat on the wall did not work so we turned on the heater by the sliding door. It smelled like something was stuck in it and burning (horrible smell). Also the tv just kept flashing on and off without even touching it and there were cigarette ashes all over the patio. Notified the front desk, the gentleman switched us into a room a little further down. Second room, as soon as we entered the room could smell the remnants of cigarette smoke. Trying to pinpoint, it seemed to be coming from the curtains. At this we point we decided to pick the lesser of the two room problems and just stay in the cigarette smoke room. We did not like the lack of a door on the bathroom (just a sliding piece of wood) that doesn’t seal and no fan. The moisture from the shower just stays in the small bathroom and you can see the damage it is doing to the paint and drywall (cracking everywhere). The shower faucet also pulls right out of the wall when you touch it. Long story short, the place needs some attention and love put back into it and it could be a great place.

Liked: The manager in the evenings can’t think of his name but he’s very helpful and tries to make sure u have a comfortable stay. He was very hopeful I was upset about my room and came and tried to resolve the issue np
Disliked: Dirty room,smelled of mold and dirty sink door didn’t look secure

Liked: Location. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Toilet was running on its own so had to change rooms. We had to change rooms because maintenance left for day. No knob on air conditioner so could not adjust. Had to pull the plug to turn off. Toilet was very very short so it was uncomfortable.

Liked: Did not stay for breakfast, I work early.
Disliked: The fact that, I reserved the room, to have a nice romantic dinner at the restaurant and drinks at the bar, because I stayed there on my birthday a few years ago, and I loved it. At check in, I was told that they were both closed on Sundays. Then I specifically requested a room away from noise they had me in the first floor, it was changed for me. Then I was charged 200$ extra after checkout accused of smoking in my room, I don't smoke, my guest smokes, but went outside to do so. We had to order food. I will never stay there again, I took the loss, because I don't like conflict. I am a very educated woman, and being petty is not in me. I once adored this place, but felt discriminated against. The restaurant is amazing, and I will visit that part only in the future.
