Disliked: bunch of kids running down halls and screaming on valentines day pool should of been closed to kids after a certain time so the adults could use it. Also asked for towels which never came

Liked: the conviece of the location, the staff was above and beyond and super caring.
Disliked: they had to keep resetting the TV to watch any shows, the pool was ice cold but we were told its heated. the hot tub needs cleaned and fresh water. on day 2 it smelt awful

Liked: Loved the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Beds weren't comfortable, and you have to pay $15 for a plate when you get breakfest. I will be starting some where that has breakfest free next time. That's b.s. we're here out of town for a cheer competition and the website said breakfest was included. I've never not had free breakfest in the morning at every other hotel I've been at. We won't be staying here again.

Superb

Liked: Very unique facility as far as a layout, but open, spacious, and very nice rooms.
Disliked: At 9 PM, the sidewalks are still not been shoveled. The gentleman at check-in wasn’t overly friendly by any means, and I don’t know if our reservation included breakfast because he did not give me any kind of tickets, but being there for work I would assume I paid for breakfast. On that note… I think it is becoming outrageous that a simple continental breakfast is not included with a hotel stay.
