Liked: Location
Disliked: The lady at the front desk and manager couldn’t care less about the guests. Rude and not very helpful. There is a $50 resort fee that increases the price of hotel. There aren’t many snacks in their lobby. No soap in room.

Great stay

Liked: Balcony and view.
Disliked: No grips on the bathtub floor making it very slippery. Limited staff (2 employees in restaurant) waited over an hour and they had no coffee. I expected limited staff as it was the holiday season, but if you are offering breakfast included in the price of the room you should make sure you can provide it. Could not redeem the $25 towards food and beverage due to lack of service.
