Liked: • Room was clean• Shuttle from the hotel to the airport, easy to request and on time
Disliked: • Shuttle from the airport to the hotel: how should it be requested?! I’ve sent an email via Booking and never got a reply. When I was at the airport I called the hotel (thanks for the international phone call fees btw) and they eventually hang up on me. Had to pay $27 for a Lyft.• Alarm ringing at 6am (probably set by the previous guest but hasn’t been reset)• Housekeeping coming to the room at 11:55am to request leaving the room (I was ready but why coming before the actual checkout time?!)
