Very good

Liked: Nice room, comfortable beds, good location. Food at the restaurant was good
Disliked: Room was a bit too small, the water pressure in the bathroom was low.

We will be back!

Liked: Everyone that we encountered at the property was excellent! A special shoutout to Diego - he went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. I made a mistake on my end, and he stepped in to save the day! Best customer service I have had in so long!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: When we got there we couldn't ✔️ in had to find another place.

Exceptional

Wonderful stay

Liked: The breakfast food was very tasty. The variety was excellent. The staff was exceptional!!!

Superb

So clean, great staff

Liked: Checked all the important boxes - clean, comfy bed with nice bedding, hot shower with good water pressure, and super friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: It’s a solid three star hotel. Some signs of wear and tear and right outside the hotel doesn’t look that nice, but right around the corner is a great shopping area with good restaurants, all walkable.

We loved our stay

Liked: Perfect hotel to visit UM. The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. The parking is easily accessible

Liked: My room had cockroaches I complained several times to multiple apologies but it remained unchanged
Disliked: Cockroaches in my room
