Liked: The lobby smells good, The rooms are great size and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast isn't free, I think only one elevator was working and it was very slow.

Disliked: The heating and cooling unit fan went off with a loud noise and three lesser noises all night long. I mentioned it to desk clerk. She made no comment. The hotel is beautiful but the nights wee miserable. until we cut the system off. Had a yogurt parfait for breakfast but had to find someone to order and it took a bit to fix. Would not wait again.We booked with booking dot com and so they refused to give me an invoice for charge. Never happened before.Thank you for the beautiful building redo!

Disliked: Booking.com room, even though it wasn’t upgrade are always too close to the loud and noisy elevators.My fault never remembered to ask for a room away from the elevator

Disliked: The staff handled my issue at the hotel poorly. I explained I was solving the issue removing bad company and was told it was okay but really I was being secretly removed from the premises.
