Liked: The room was reasonably priced and very comfortable.

Bathtub was absolutely disgusting; good thing we were only there for a night; bed was extremely hard; everything else was fine.

Liked: All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Steven was exceptional and took extremely good care of us. I’ve never seen a friendlier and more accommodating staff in any of my hotel stays.
Disliked: A microwave in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Liked: I felt so safe. 2 females traveling alone... could not ask for a better place to stay.
Disliked: There is no microwave in the room.For the price of the rooms, a working ironing board would be nice.There is no way to get something to drink unless I go down to the lobby and pay 4.00 for a soda. UnrealI understand that the Sheraton has standards , but for the location, making it a bit more convenient to access certain things would be nice.And I did NOT like the way the gentleman was talking about the front desk clerk when I was praising the worker.very unprofessional
