It was a good trip
Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: There was a dog in the next room who was crying and scratching. Pretty sad.

It was very disappointing.
Liked: The location to the event we were traveling for
Disliked: The room was not handicapped accessible as stated at reservation needed a walk in shower It had a tub. The description was completely deceiving and invalid. Had I had a flair up of my immunodeficiency with my spinal nerve damage and needed my wheelchair it would not of even fit in the room anywhere. Let alone get into the room. The non handicapped rooms other family members stayed at were bigger with walk in showers than the handicapped room. The room was prepaid for prior to check in. This was stated to the person checking us in. They still needed to see our card to do the incidental however they charged the full room price to the card twice instead which then resulted in us having our card put into the negative. When talking with the them about the issue there was nothing they could do and it would take 5-7 business days for it to credit back to us. First off is not something that should happen and I feel like the person checking us on was not even paying attention to us as a guest listening to what I was saying. Secondly the staff has an attitude that was like oh well it’s not our problem it’s yours when I was trying to talk with them about their mistake. Thirdly as travelers and one person who is disabled having additional monies taken from your account is not the thing you want to happen and the staff acting like we caused the situation. Fourth, the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Not to mention as a disabled person the bed was so low to the ground it was hard to get out of it without help. Upon checkout it was a new person Ben and once I explained the situation he stated he wasn’t happy about how the situation was handled and gave me his personal card of charges didn’t get credited correctly. He was the only staff member that showed concern for what transpired.

My friend's were very pleased...
Liked: Location was perfect. I couldn't accommodate my two friends at my home so I reserved accommodations at this hotel which was about 5 minutes from my home. They were very pleased. I picked them up every morning...and dropped them off at night. They said the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Everything was perfect according to my friends
