Disliked: Check in was slow and she double charged for room.Our reservation said it included free breakfast but the manager was extremely rude when we went to get breakfast. He said it was not free and treated us like we were stupid. The front desk gave us free buffet coupons but only after I showed them our reservation. Then we were treated like a burden when we asked for silverware. Very disrespectful and frustrating.

Liked: Love the location, comfortable and spacious room, plenty of well lit parking with access to exterior doors close to your room, nice lobby and cooked to order breakfast. Pool area newly remodeled. Nice work out room.
Disliked: Exterior landscaping needs attention.

DESTRESSING AFTER A CRAZY WORK...

Liked: Love your location!!! LOVE THIS PLACE what beautiful pictures I take during my AM exercise!! Your overnight front man is AWESOME!!! What a SALESMAN!! WE TALK SPORTS LOVE IT!! CLEAN ROOMS AND AWESOME WAY TO BREAK THE FAST!!! YOU HAVE PUT THE CAPITOL Y IN YUMMY!!!
Disliked: When I checked in, a black lady had a poor attitude she didn't even know about BG Days!! Really?? I tried to inform her, but she snapped at me. AGAIN!! So I tried to show her BG Days websight and she said that she was busy and to wait in line for a blond lady. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AGAIN, IM A SALESMAN-SHERIDAN MEMBER NO DON'T TELL ME TO DO ANYTHING!! THAT BEING SAID I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF YOUR OVERNIGHT SALESMAN. HE SHOULD GET A RAISE OR AT MINIMUM A PAT ON THE BACK. HE CAN WORK FOR ME ANYTIME!!

Don’t waste your time and...

Liked: House keepers and restaurant staffs were wonderful.
Disliked: Male front desk staffs were horrible. They should learn what customer service is supposed to be or if they are not happy with their job, should look for different ones. Smell in my room was horrible. There was no screen attached to the window so flies came in every time I opened the window. I have no idea why people left good reviews on this property.
