Liked: Very comfy beds.
Disliked: Nothing bad. Pool kinda small, but so nice to have access to one.

Liked: The location was good and the restaurant is fine
Disliked: Didn’t like the smell of the place specially the elevators! The services were not good I had to suffer as a foreigner to find laundry, the staff were not helpful in that matter.

Clean and friendly but smelly

Liked: The staff were very friendly and I appreciate that your staff took the parking fee off due to the smell. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The smell of the room was awful. I know the heat had been just turned on but it should have been aired out before allowing anyone to stay in the room.

Liked: The beds was comfortable , the breakfast was good
Disliked: The hotel was far 11 Km from the city center The rooms towards the highway was very noisy The severces around the hotel almost not present The hotel charged me for one day not attended .though I informed them 3 days before my arrival.

Liked: Nice room, location around 40 minutes by bis from Kenmore station, good breakfast, very close to the bus station line 57
Disliked: Noise coming from next room or from the AC system

Convenient but unbearably noisy.

Liked: I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is convenient – just a 20-25 minute bus ride to downtown Boston, with a bus stop nearby. The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the lobby bar. Breakfast was decent, though quite expensive, and could definitely use a bit more variety.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the noise from the Mass Turnpike, located directly beneath the hotel, was intense. Even though I knew about this from reviews, I didn’t expect it to be as disruptive as it was – even on the 8th floor, the traffic noise woke me up multiple times. Additionally, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the AC wasn’t working properly, leaving the room quite cold during my first few nights. I also requested extra coffee pods, but only decaf was available.Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and amenities, but the noise and comfort issues were significant drawbacks for me.
