Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Attractive.
Disliked: We were told by the desk clerk there would be a buffet in the a.m. for breakfast. Also told by the restaurant personnel that there would be a buffet. Got there in the a.m. but no buffet. Said they only have a buffet when hotel is full. The restaurant was full of Vanderbilt football fans. It took forever to get our order to the table because there was only one person waiting on all the tables. The room was OK except the heating. It stayed so hot all night that we could not sleep. We had the thermostat turned to 66 and still was too hot. We usually stay in Holiday Inns but probably would not stay in this one again.

Disliked: The older short black lady that work in the breakfast area was kind of rude about the food like she catered the food or something when the food is for guest that pay she was all on our backs while we was fixing our plates
