Good breakfast in large hotel

Liked: Enormous hotel with large spaces to accommodate convention events. The staff were great. Comfy bed. Nice selection of various breakfast options and at affordable prices.
Disliked: Only one luggage cart for the hotel seemed odd. Their front door was not working properly but showed us how to work around it.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The facility was newly updated, and was very nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included. We specifically reserved a room WITH breakfast, and when asked they said it wasn’t available.

Ok but expensive for what...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The pool was closed until further notice which was unfortunate as I had planned to use it.

Perfect setup for my needs.

Liked: Everything!! Absolutely the I key place I will ever plan to stay in Northwest Arkansas going forward. From the kindness of the staff to the luxurious comfort of the bed it was exactly what the Dr ordered !
Disliked: Not one in every city I travel to

Disliked: The staff was unhelpful and a little rude. We have stayed here before and loved it but we will never be back after this experience.

Liked: Beds were deluxe, nice and quiet sleep.
Disliked: The pool was closed, no pump. I wish they had at least shared that at check-in so I could have avoided finding out by a sign and locked door. I wish there were better beer selections at the bar.
