Disappointed in room for the...

Liked: Location, lobby, restaurant
Disliked: Our wheelchair accessible room was very sparse. It looked neglected. Was the bedding clean? Not sure because we found a hair on the sheet that didn’t match our hair color. What about the bathtub??? Difficult for a person with walking difficulties to get in and out of. Under the TV was a multitude of various wires —- it looked very unattractive and unattended.

Disliked: It was incredibly noisy 24/7. The sounds from above were jolting and ould, as if someone was moving furniture the entire night. The fan on the heater was like having a tuck in the room. The sink was balked up. I had to find someone to clean my room. Breakfast was horrible, inedible.

Disliked: We left 2 days early... Rooms were cold and unwelcoming... the one we stayed in smelled like chlorine from the pool and I couldn't even see the sky from my window (looked at top of roof.... We left 2 days early.. Disappointing
