Liked: The staff were very friendly at the front desk and the bar.
Disliked: Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are small, very dated and run down.

Liked: Restaurant staff very friendly. Pool/hot tub is very nice.
Disliked: Ice machine not working. Bathroom needed better cleaning. I needed to stay a third nite...booked through the front desk....was VERY expensive compared to booking.com rates??
