Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Staff was uninformed and uninterested in requests and arrangements I had made prior to arrival. Staff told us to be very careful as the hotel was in a dangerous area. Entire property is in bad shape. Desperately needs a good cleaning and updating.

Liked: The staff was polite and pleasant
Disliked: No pen or paper in the room. Refrigerator was turned off. No body wash. All the toiletries look used and were in large bottles. Dead plants in flower bed.

Nice modern room that was...

Liked: Lovely grounds and the room was modern and spacious. Having an eatery on the site made it convenient for a one night stay.
Disliked: I was hoping that they had a free breakfast on site. Someone from my work had told me that.

Disappointed

Liked: Not much of anything
Disliked: The pool was off limits because of construction… the main reason we booked this hotel was because there was a pool…. This was incredibly disappointing. There was also no elevator, which made it very difficult to get all of our stuff to and from our second floor room.

Disliked: No elevator for luggage.

Liked: Fast check out & easy access to highway
Disliked: Old and dirty facility. Breakfast room was closed and only frozen (heated-up) egg pie and coffee was offered as breakfast. Stuff unfriendly.
