Hotel = nice, staff =...

Disliked: Staff was unfriendly and not very accommodating. Upon check in, they didn’t have our room ready, then when we were notified it was ready, they told us they had overbooked king beds & gave us a double full room. We told them this was unacceptable. They told us they fixed it but gave us someone else’s king room. Staff also kicked a whole wedding party out of the bar area at 11pm and stopped serving us. Would probably never stay here again. Couldn’t wait to check out.

Disliked: The staff at check in were rude and made us feel as if we were bothering them. I booked through booking and they tried to charge me again! They never even explained amenities and that we needed to put our card in the slot to turn power on in our room!
