Liked: Breakfast was ok. Seemed like a lot of staff, but never any fresh, hot made food.
Disliked: Pool was COLD. Many little things that didn't work or was broke. Door latch, sink faucet, toilet kept plugging. At one point there was NO water. My bed frame was broken. Carpet was dirty in all the corners.

Liked: The location, the staff and restaurant.
Disliked: The room walls are too thin. I could hear people talking on both sides of the wall. Could hear a dog barking in the room next to me at 2:30 in the morning. Hard to sleep with all the noise.

Very nice stay before flying...

Liked: Comfy clean room. Very friendly staff and loved the shuttle.
Disliked: That breakfast was not included in the room, Noone every explained that just breakfast was served between these times.

More stress than relaxation

Liked: We like that there we can get food and drink at the hotel. The server/bartender did a great job and the food was satisfactory. We also like that its close to the airport and has a 24/hr shuttle for our 6:00AM flight.
Disliked: NO DRIVER until 5:00AM - but we did not find out until we came down at 4:20 to go to the airport! Staff called Lyft service for those there, but not all of them came and it delayed our arrival to the airport by 40 minutes! It was a stressful situation and made us wonder why we spent over $250 for the night when we could have stayed at our daughter's for free and called an Uber on our own.

I would stay again just...

Disliked: Rooms need new mattresses and bedding. It’s clean but old.
