We love the location to downtown! It is very convenient to have a night out and walk everywhere! The rooms are nice. Has the feel of an older establishment, but it does appear some upgrades are being made. The price is good. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly each visit! We will continue to stay here on all of our downtown getaways!

Disliked: The baseboard heater made a LOUD BANG every hour or so. It sounded like a hammer hitting a concrete floor when the heater shut off. The LOUD BANG woke me up repeatedly.Furthermore, the room would not heat up. It stayed cold until 2am when I finally decided to do something about it. I pulled the blinds up so I could see the window - AND THE WINDOW WAS OPEN! I closed the window and the room warmed a little. The window was drafty even when closed.

Disliked: Had to call front desk 3 times during our over night stay regarding stomping and noise in room above us. No improvement made and was told no alternate room to move too. Very disappointed in response. Due to this I would not stay at this hotel again. Too many options in area that can accommodate issues
