We love the location to downtown! It is very convenient to have a night out and walk everywhere! The rooms are nice. Has the feel of an older establishment, but it does appear some upgrades are being made. The price is good. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly each visit! We will continue to stay here on all of our downtown getaways!

Comfortable and Affordable.
Liked: The breakfast was good. The location is fine, not near anything but if you have a rental it is good.
Disliked: The blackout shade could have covered more of the window.

Bad
Disliked: Power outage at 1am and was still out when we checked out at 10am. Manager did not reimburse us any money for the inconvenience. Hotel was older and more dated than what appears on their website. Would not recommend this hotel.

Get rid of this hotel...
Liked: There was little or nothing to like. We have always trusted Bookings.com as we are serious travellers but this was a let down
Disliked: Firstly it was extremely expensive. We were shocked when we arrived at the reception and the lift was dirty. The whole hotel needed a serious upgrade. The television in our room didn’t work there was no soap at the sink. They had run out! The safe was broken and our room was not serviced the first day. When we asked they just said it wasn’t on the list!!On checkout we had been charged twice. Once through Booking.com and they also took our card for incidentals and they charged us the full rate again. They could only reimburse us within 4/5 business days!! The staff obviously didn’t know what they were doing and weren’t trained. Horrendous. There was nothing good to report on this accommodation and we are still waiting for our reimbursement !!
