Nicest hotel ever within our...

Liked: It’s one of our favorite hotels ever stayed in. Very nice all around. Clean. Staff has always been very helpful and personable. It has a restaurant/bar which makes it so nice not having to go out to eat dinner after a long day on the road. Breakfast is an amazing spread of food. We will always book here when passing thru Amarillo
Disliked: Was just surprised to arrive and find the restaurant not open on Sunday. Disappointed but not the hotels fault. I didn’t research the days open/hours

Disliked: This is a very nice hotel. I don’t have any complaints.

Pretty comfortable stay

Liked: The staff was friendly and the little restaurant was very good
Disliked: They need more handicap accessible rooms. My mother who is 90 had a hard time in the room and shower

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Great staff!
Disliked: Being close to the highway, you do get a bit of traffic noise.

Liked: Nothing..
Disliked: The computer system was down. They couldn’t see my reservation after paying online. Then being told I won’t get money back for 7 business days.

Exceptional

Liked: I got into the hotel after an exhausting flight which was diverted twice. The restaurant staff was able to get me a delicious dinner despite it being 10 minutes before the closing time.

Better than I Expected for...

Liked: Comfortable beds and quiet clean rooms. Very modern, classic look .
Disliked: No down side here
