I would try to find...

Liked: Restaurant was good.
Disliked: Heat broke down. was freezing overnight. Maid was clueless about breakfast order form. This led to unnecessary discussion with the front desk. I was working one morning and asked the maid to come back in an hour. They never came back. Next day the maid asked if I wanted the bed made, Well ya, I make my bed every day, don't you? Resort fee was ridiculous. basically cost me $100 for 2 bottles of water and a cup of coffee.
