Liked: Sound location and decent price, modern feel
Disliked: The rooms were super tiny and there is barely any space for your stuff (very large bathroom in comparison?) I don't understand why they bothered putting a TV, as there is literally no way to use it considering how the bunk beds are put. The toilet doesn't have a lid, which I feel like is super unhygienic.

An excellent stay with great...

Liked: My stay at Found by Sonder was excellent! The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding, offering great value for money. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive.However, as I wasn’t familiar with the hotel’s unique setup, I missed receiving an email with clear instructions before my arrival. I didn’t know that I could simply go directly to my room using my code without needing to check in at the front desk. This minor confusion aside, my experience was fantastic, and I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Chicago.
Disliked: I highly recommend Found by Sonder for its excellent location and great facilities. It’s a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for travelers looking for good value.That said, I would suggest the hotel send out foolproof instructions ahead of time on how to access the property. I arrived when there was someone at the front desk to assist me, but if I had arrived at midnight or during an unstaffed moment, it could have been challenging—especially as an international traveler unfamiliar with the process.Aside from this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel again!

Super small box room, totally...

Liked: The lobby area was nice and there was a water fountain in the lobby with cold water. The location was also really good
Disliked: We were aware that the room is a bunk bed however the room was so small that you couldn’t lie down a suitcase flat between the bed and the wall. Also the half open suitcase would take up the whole space and you wouldn’t be able to access the bathroom. We also weren’t provided with a code for the external door, which is open while reception is open. So when we have arrived to the hotel after hours we were stranded on a street until we got help through the live chat online - luckily we had American SIM card. There is also a bar right beside the door, the staff has been really rude and I was glad that I was with my partner as I wouldn’t want to be in that situation as a woman on my own in the night. When we couldn’t get in due to not having the code and asked the bar staff that was sitting outside after hours could they possibly know we were met with shouting and cursing and basically told to get lost! Wouldn’t stay again.
