The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was lovely and fresh.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Noisy extractor fan. Mold in bathroom. And a musty smell in the room.

Liked: Friendly staff. Nice pub next door
Disliked: No breakfastNo signposting!! Sat nav took us wrong way at junction - up in Pennines in dark/ mist/ freezing conditions and nowhere to turn. Took an additional 2 hours to find you Please signpost like your competitor

Best nights sleep in years...

Liked: Best nights sleep in years !
Disliked: Unfortunately due to the bad weather (snow) I was unable to park in the car park as (having tried and had to be pushed out by 4 friendly people) I had to park on the hill. That was the only downside and the car park just needed better gritting
