Liked: Location is great. Staff was good. There could be more attention.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The entire time we were there no maid or other housekeeping staff came to clean even down our hallway. Maintenance. On our first night I called in and issue with smoke/fire alarm and microwave. I asked it not be taken care of until the next day. The next day, nothing was done. I had to go to the desk and remind them because no one answered the phone the night before when i called.

Liked: We always stay here. It has been the best place to stay in Williamsburg. The staff are always nice and the room is clean. Highly recommend anyone who needs a place to stay.

Liked: Just one reception no eye contact like she's looking down the whole time you talking to you had to leave early for a family emergency and ask what I get half of my money back check that Saturday maybe 5:00 this will check out all Sunday and we're told I could not get my money back where my room was that light bulbs were out of a dog in the hall

Liked: The breakfast was great and the area was very clean
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated and the sliding door was screwed shut so you couldn’t use the balcony

Liked: Breakfast, staff pricing and location was great, the place did not appear as it it is advertised but since the price was low I kind of expected to be a little shabby which I don't mind BUT
Disliked: Bed bugs! On Sunday morning my daughter and I woke up with several bites
