booking.com was responsible for a...

Disliked: Pool and spa were closed. Trip was a disaster. Booking.com did not provide any information regarding the closures. Room was supposed to have an ocean view. One had to go on the balcony and twist your neck to see the water.

Liked: Staff was superb and the room was also
Disliked: We chose this site for spa and pool to relax. Once checked in then we were told the spa and pool were closed for renovations. Seems very disappointing to pay premium prices for limited amenities

Liked: The view from our room was stunning. Proximity to the beach was great. We made good use of the tiki hut and free beach chairs on the beach. The place was clean and nice friendly staff.
