Very good

Good but there is room...

Liked: The ambience, how the room was set up & the cleanliness. The staff was also friendly & accommodating. The coffee maker & fridge in the room and the free Wi-Fi and coffee in the afternoon.
Disliked: The fact that dogs are allowed. The fact that no complimentary breakfast was provided. The fact that there was no microwave in the bedroom. Everyone uses one microwave and there are over 16 floors in the hotel.

Two nights at FL Marriott...

Liked: Starbucks located on ground floor was great. Hotel has free parking. Room size was satisfactory and clean.
Disliked: Hotel is getting old and needs some maintenance. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors entire conversation including any other activities…

Disappointed as I expected more...

Liked: The location, the free parking and the bed quality.
Disliked: We had requested for a crib, but they said they didn’t have any. So we requested for some more banquets and sheets to improvise a bed for the baby, but nobody took them. We complained about it in the front desk, but nobody did anything again. Also, the phone had a very bad connection, we could barely hear the receptionist. The cleaning lady didn’t have enough towels to replace the ones we needed. and nobody brought more so we had to ask for them in the front desk. There should be a microwave oven in the room, as most this category offer that.

Really bad experience!

Liked: Nothing good to say about this hotel, very bad experience for me and my family.
Disliked: The level of sanitation of the hotel room was very bad, pictures online looked very good , but a bad experience when we arrived there, they gave me the room 705 it had a bad odor; i ask them to give me a different room, they moved me to 708 which had dirty linens, dirty carpet and if that wasn’t enough, i found a few cockroaches in the room. Very frustrating for me and my family! It was late; after midnight, the receptionist felt bad for us, she apologized, after seeing the video and pictures. But didn’t provided an option for us, like a different room. I didn’t have a place to go it was very late; i stayed up all night. They gave me hard time to refund my money, like if it was my fault that i couldn’t sleep all night because of the cockroaches, the manager on duty showed very little consideration with the situation, she was very harsh with her words, once i expressed that the minimum that they could do was to refund me the money; she treated me like i was trying to get a free night on them; after all it cost me much more money to book a different hotel at the last minute; for me she acted like it wasn’t a big deal just a little dirty and a few cockroaches, i booked the hotel for 4 nights and it was my first and last night there, now i made video and pictures about the cockroaches and sent it to the general manager. To me it didn’t look like they did cared much about the situation. Now i will not post pictures or videos, because i already sent it to them and my intention here with this review is to get some attention, so they can treat their customers better,respectfully also take better care of their hotel; so that people can have good experiences to share with others instead of frustrated moments like this.
