Liked: The location was good for things to do around.
Disliked: I had to call numerous of times just to get sheets. And then when they brought me the sheets, they were the wrong size for the bed so I basically had to sleep on a mattress protector. had to call to the front desk numerous of times just for the basic. And then on top of that when we got there at the TV didn’t work so I had to wait on engineering to come to fix it.

My stay was amazing. Really...

Liked: My room was 10/10. It was comfortable and made me feel right at home. I can already see myself coming back for another visit when I'm traveling again.
Disliked: Having to go down a few floors just to use the microwave. I think it was the 4th floor and the room where the microwave was located had a bad smell. Also, I had to go searching a few times for a decent iron. I was given a new iron once or twice but none of them worked.

Liked: It has a decent bed and a very basic ADA shower, but the service was the worst ever. The room furniture was updated, but the bathroom is from the '80s. Additionally, it took an hour and twenty minutes for the food to arrive at the restaurant.
Disliked: The front desk was not prepared to deal with the public. Mr. Sanchez was stressed when I arrived at 7 PM for check-in. He informed me that there were no rooms available and that the hotel was full. After a bit of back and forth and 20-30 minutes of waiting, he gave me a noisy ADA room. Furthermore, the restaurant service was the worst I have experienced in a long time, and I'm accustomed to the low standards in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale hospitality market.
