Beautiful resort - great location...

Liked: The room was recently upgraded and was very nice. But every time some floats the toilet there was a resounding bang which was quite annoying. The TV was very nice. The small love seat was very, very uncomfortable and with the only place to sit being the bed or desk chair, someone was always uncomfortable when sitting
Disliked: There is construction being done to the resort and a lot of it was in the area below our room but outside. I'm not sure what they were doing but they started a 8AM and worked until 8AM or 5:30PM. Not sure what they were doing but the sound reverberated up through the air conditioning system and it was like they were in our room. At just over $300.00 plus taxes and fees, one would think they could have at least waited until 9AM to start.

Not what I expected from...

Liked: The pool and beach was excellent
Disliked: The exterior hotel restaurants were not open in the morning hours. The ice maker on the 15th, 14th and 12th floor did not work. Poor lighting in the rooms. Front desk clerks did not answer phone calls. I was advised several times by hotel staff, the ice machines would be repaired. The three nights we stayed in the hotel, the ice machines were not repaired.

Liked: Location , clean , amazing view
Disliked: Front desk, to slow , didn’t care about it , I request an early Check in , me and my family had to wait 4 hours in the lobby to check out …. I booked a double bed room , they gave us a 1 bed for me my wife and my 12 years old kid … our room had no cellphones services we had to pay for the internet….. I don’t no if I would come back again !!!!!
