Good for what it is

Liked: High quality rooms, good price, offered breakfast, right by the davis mountains park.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit lackluster in the protein department.

Host was very polite.

Liked: Great location, quiet, very clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: The first room had a door that was in need of weather stripping and the wind howled around the door until it flew open in the middle of the night. The manager kindly moved us to another room that had a tv remote that would only work if you were standing directly 2 feet in front of the tv, but not lying in bed.

Great would recommend and return.
