Enjoyable stay!

Liked: Room was excellent. Clean, bed very comfortable, well furnished & great AC/ Heat.Breakfast was enjoyable and great coffee. Parking and drive recently paved and striped. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
Disliked: Door could use a bit more weather stripping.

Liked: Very clean and updated rooms.

Liked: The location was near the Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute.
Disliked: There was no insulation between rooms. There was a pass through door connecting my room with another room and I could hear every word and movement from several people next door. I could not relax and decided to check out the same evening I checked in. There were also several scratch marks on the floor near the refrigerator.

Liked: High quality rooms, good price, offered breakfast, right by the davis mountains park.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit lackluster in the protein department.

Host was very polite.
