Liked: Very stylish, very clean and very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Comfort with Rich History

Liked: The place is so beautiful and well preserved. They do such a good job of adding modern touches without compromising the rich history. The staff is so kind and accommodating. You can hang out in the lobby in the parlour, sip on a nice drink and talk to your friends. The rooms have super comfortable beds with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast is a small fee if you stay and is offered across the street. Downtown is only a short walk away passing by Fort Conde on the way. Highly suggest staying here!
Disliked: Gym wasn’t open. But it’s not a huge deal! They are working on it.

Disliked: The room i was in was above the kitchen. I could smell odor from the kitchen and the noise from the oven vent. They did turn off the vent for me but the room still had a burnt grease smell. I had to go buy some air freshners to overpower the grease smell. I would not recommend staying in this particular room. Also note that there is no safe, no microwave, no phone and no refrigerator in this room and you have to make a reservation to eat the free breakfast that starts serving after 8am.
