Liked: Super location right beside the North pier so close to the tower also a tram stop close by,friendly staff clean rooms and great value for money...I would go back

Disliked: Noisy neighbours on the Saturday night arguing and shouting till around 3am

Liked: The Location Brilliant, Room was of a good size, BUT the room is by a fire door that slams every time some one goes through it, only had 3 hours sleep. The Bed was ok quilt cover looked a bit grubby and old. Didn't have breakfast, but there are lot's of places near by to get a Breakfast from.
Disliked: Not having much sleep then having to travel home the next day, because of the fire door slamming all night. It could do with some money spending on the rooms and other areas, the windows need cleaning as this Hotel is in a brilliant spot for views but you can't see much.

A convenient location. Made easy...

Liked: A cosy and clean warm room. It was quiet. There was a tea, coffee machine in the dining room which was very appreciated.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
