Highly recommend For Friends B&B

Liked: Perfect central location within walking distance to all restaurants in Santa Ynez. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast were very nice. Friday night was a wine tasting and owner played guitar and sang.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect for the town of Santa Ynez. Room I had was convenient plus very nice and cozy with great privacy.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Recommended restaurants were great.
Disliked: The room we stayed in several years ago was much nicer than this one. It was on the 2nd floor of the main house -- do not remember the name.

Wonderful and we will be...

Liked: The location was perfect as we were visiting daughter in Santa Ynez. We enjoyed the wine hour and also the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Had a difficult time regulating the heat in room.
