Liked: Pub was OK but lots of staff and not a manager in sight.
Disliked: We arrived at 3 which is check in time and when I entered the room hadn't been cleaned. Waited for an hour for the room to be cleaned but the bathroom needed a good bleaching. Mould on the tiles and generally dirty. A hotel inspector would have a field day here. Paid £116 but made a big error. You live and learn. Hopefully the Ssafood Company might try room 7 and agree with me.

Liked: I’ve stayed here before, it’s a great location to visit pendle hill. The food is also really nice.

Disappointed! Very basic!

Liked: I thought the staff were very pleasant, helpful and understanding! Evening food was good….especially the pizza’s!
Disliked: The bedrooms didn’t live up to the pictures provided on booking.com, I had access to 2 bedrooms whilst on my stay and both needed some serious TLC. Very basic rooms, Bathrooms were not clean, black mould, needed a really good clean! Wish I had taken pictures! Shower tap was broken, scum around the sink! Breakfast was awful, and not on par with the evening food! Salmon was brown, scrambled eggs tasted of nothing! Very disappointed, didn’t help that we had a cleaner hoovering around our table whilst we tried to eat/have coffee!

Liked: Really well styled, restaurant lovely(evening meal and breakfast), staff excellent, in particular the deputy manager. Great ambiance. It was also nice to have a Gin with correct garnish- (sorry Gin snob Tangueray 10 and a slice of grapefruit-thanks)
