Everything was great, very spacious...

Liked: I loved that breakfast was at decent times, from 7 am to 10 am. All very accommodating to everything, the pool being heated too. My daughter loved that. Thank you, I would definitely book again.
Disliked: One thing I did not like was that there were no elevators on the building. We had quite some bags, so carrying all of them I though I could use a cart. Hotel had a cart, but no elevator on site (I did not ask either) so we had to unload the cart and use the stairs.

Perfect location next to the...

Liked: Perfect location. Big rooms.
Disliked: Overpriced. Charged for parking.Some elements in the room are not well kept.Breakfast overcrowded.

It was nice staying and...

Liked: It was close to everything in South Lake. Having a kitchen was really nice. Handicapped friendly too.
Disliked: 20 dollars Extra charge to park your car daily.

Great location for family stay...

Liked: Fabulous friendly staff at check-in and reception, throughout our stay. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. Close to gondola and lots of bars and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast!

Just care about the location?...

Liked: 1. Location is great2. The game room is good and is a nice place to spend time. 3. Some staff were nice and friendly. 4. Evening events are a nice addition. You can sip a glass of wine and enjoy some complimentary snacks with your friends. 5. If you have an EV, you have a good economical charging option.
Disliked: 1. Checkin experience was bad. The rooms are not ready even for a 4 pm checkin. The staff was very casual and justifies it as a best effort and an ETA for the rooms and made us wait till ~4:45 to give a room (that too after following up)2. Kitchen has no dishwasher which was surprising given its a full apartment3. One of the bedrooms doesn't have an attached bathroom which is inconvenient. 4. Don't expect a housekeeping service unless your stay is 4+ days where they will service mid stay5. Coffee machine in the room (at least where we lived) was really old and brewed really bad coffee and was leaky6. They are really short staffed and the kitchen staff was working very hard to keep up. They ran out of coffee and took long to refill and even something like plain oatmeal was unavailable and were out of stock (the oats were quacker oat packets that you make yourself in the bowl). The bread tasted stale and the apples weren't fresh either.

I WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN

Liked: DAILY BREAKFAST WAS NICE. THE KITCHENETTE IN THE ROOM WAS ALSO NICE. BIG SPACE.
Disliked: BACK SIDE OF HOTEL BUILDING WAS USED FOR DUMPSTERS AND MANY WORKERS USED THESE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WAKING ME. GET BETTER QUIET WINDOWS.SET ACTIVITY SCHEDULE BETTER FOR GUEST ACCESS= (LAST MINUTE IS DIFFICULT TO PLAN)
