Great Spring time ski trip

Liked: great breakfast, proximity to gondola
Disliked: The noise from the HVAC when it cycles makes it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Overly expensive with fees for...

Liked: Very close to gondola.
Disliked: They had a fee for everything; resort fee (not really a resort and hot tub was grimy, grill was unusable, breakfast was sub-par), dog fee, late check out fee or early checkin fee. Should have gone to the Marriott Grand Residence; spent more at this motel then I do there.

Best family friendly location in...

Liked: I love the location, the events that are available to attend each evening, and most important the staff. This is one of our favorite hotels and we will continue to return every year for s’mores night, hanging out in the game room area, and to be around some of the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Also the smart TV’s are always appreciated when traveling with little ones.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Terrible Service!

Liked: Yasmine at the desk was terrible. We brought a service dog and we're made out to feel as lesser guests because of it. The property photos show a fireplace and we did not have one in our room. When I spoke up about it i was told "sorry you have to reserve those rooms a head of time". If that was the case then why while I was booking the room did it not say that and why was a fireplace shown in the photos of that room? Then while sitting in lobby of resort we saw a mouse. Eeek!

A comfortable and convenient suite...

Liked: Kitchen is updated, and suite is large. Gathering space is comfortable. Parking and elevator situation is very convenient, especially if you can get a covered spot.
Disliked: A little musty, especially with the heat on.

Superb

Liked: Staff is terrific; helpful and friendly. The rooms while dated are very clean and comfortable. Little touches like wine days and ice cream were nice also. Breakfast is mediocre but staff is good at refilling eggs, waffles and generally hot foods. We had a little problem with closing the entry door but was quickly attended too. Appreciate that were able to get a room we requested as we have stayed here annually for a number of years.

Great base for skiing at...

Liked: Very convenient for the cable car for skiing. The included breakfast is good. Our building had covered parking which was useful when it snowed Not particularly luxurious (a bit dated) but it was clean and good facilities. Walkable to all the restaurants in the village and casinos
