Liked: The chalets are so comfortable and private.. loved watching the Roo's and being amongst the trees was so peaceful.

Scenic but unorganised

Liked: Loved the property location. Setting absolutely fantastic
Disliked: There was a power outage which meant we were unable to have a massage that was booked through no fault of our own. These things happen but Forest Rise were not on the front foot to assist us with rescheduling our massage which was disappointing. Massage SW who provide the massage service onsite are a separate business to Forest Rise. However, given that both businesses benefit from this working relationship and is central to the luxury experience offered at the resort, better coordination and ownership needs to be displayed in such circumstances. Especially when the customer has no control on the situation and has done the upmost to notify both providers.

Liked: It felt very isolated but a quick drive to restaurants. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the spa was amazing looking out at the tree and the outside shower was lovely Loved the kangaroos, birds, fringe and ducks
Disliked: You don’t want to leave

We had an amazing stay!...

Liked: Location was so peaceful. Property was also very clean!
Disliked: WiFi connection was not great so we were not able to use but we enjoyed the board games provided instead

Disliked: Chalet is kind of old though not run down, especially the toilet, will be better if there’s separate shower n WC

We absolutely loved it and...

Liked: Location was the best - private and secluded. Loved the facilities including the spa with night sky and the outdoor shower was an absolute bonus. Bicycles were a nice surprise and we loved the bush track around the grounds. Kangaroos coming to say hello was lovely. All in all absolutely fabulous.
