Parting comes before good customer...

Liked: The property is beautiful.
Disliked: Well, first of all, I asked at check-in if the hot tub was open they said not tonight, but first thing in the morning it will be. Didn't run all weekend. Next, there was a group of partiers that ran up n down the hallway. They stood in the hallway partying, slamming doors, talking loud n laughing. We called the front desk 4 times with nothing done about it. I talked to a supervisor in the morning and got a, oh, we are so sorry. We frequent jasper several times a year, and it was by far our worst stay ever. Will never stay there again even if it's free.

Liked: We enjoyed the outdoor fire. It was also at the end of town but still within walking distance to the centre of town. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our first night we encountered a mouse in our 3rd floor room. We were given a different room but this room had some issues. The keurig coffee maker did not work and the tub did not drain. When we checked out the staff member behind the desk didn’t seem to have record of the mouse incident on our first night. After we brought it to his attention, he did give a $50 discount on our 2 night stay.

Home Away From Home

Liked: I came for a work function and I just had to stay here again. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was cozy, and the location was perfection. The staff where professional and courteous, they made check in & check out a breeze. When I arrived I noticed the previous guest turned the fridge off so it left a pool of water in the fridge.So I called down & maintenance showed up and handled it within minutes.Thank you for the spectacular hospitality. I can't wait to come back!
