Exceptional

Liked: Often stay there as with much experience of hotel stays here and abroad it is one of the best for me. High quality. Very warm welcome. Superb location ; very quiet ; ample hotel parking and opposite the Forest and ideal for walks. And very good dining and wining. Exceptional.

Perfect location, great customer service...

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring walks and cycle ways in and around Brockenhurst. The interior design reflects the New Forest really well and the level of customer service from all members of staff is exceptional. The delicious breakfast is a fantastic start to a day of exploring.

Liked: How clean and beautiful the hotal was.The little touchs lock the pillow spray the little notes of welcome.The staff were absolutely wonderful especially jacamo and Sergio they was so lovely .The restaurant food was beautifully done and the taste was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and pillows was plumpt ,that is rare in most places .Breakfast was good pancakes stop on freshly made .
Disliked: Shower not much power to it but do able .

Liked: Very pleased indeed. Cannot fault this gem of a place one bit. Very pleasant staff, room was marvelous, breakfast impeccable. Will definitely recommend highly, and definitely return in future

A bit of luxury

Liked: We booked the deluxe suite on the 2nd floor for a little luxury. It was very comfortable, with a stunning bathroom and views.
Disliked: My wife struggles with stairs due to bad knee joints, but I had booked as there was a lift. However the lift was out of order for the rest of our weekend stay, which was very unhelpful but beyond the hotel's control.We didn't eat at the hotel at all, so can not comment.

A great country hotel in...

Liked: We loved its location, as it is within the New Forest and the forest is on the doorstep. The hotel even has bicycles that can be borrowed free of charge. The room we had was on the second floor. Very warm (it was freezing outside) and cosy. As we entered the room, the bedside Roberts radio was quietly playing Classic FM! After a good night's sleep we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, cooked to our order. All in all it was a very comfortable hotel.
Disliked: The lift to the second floor was out of use on one of the days.
