Lovely hotel good location

Liked: Good food, nice room, very clean, and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were great and worked extremely hard to cover all tasks all weekend.
Disliked: The lrice is quite high so you expectation service right match. Whilst the staff were great, during the evening we found ourselves waiting at the bar to be served for long periods of time, because staff were leaving the bar unmanned to do other jobs. They tried their best, but they simply couldn't cover everything.

Disliked: Food not hot sent back twice?Staff indifferent, suggested to pass onto manager, not owning issue. Windows and floor was dirty.Dogs allowed to wee anywhere outside although signs up to be on lead?

Fabulous!

Liked: The decor was fabulous and in keeping with the quaintness of the building. There were little extras like organic toiletries, real milk with tea in the room and a Dyson hairdryer! Every member of staff we met was helpful and friendly
Disliked: Nothing at all!

Superb

A great relaxing location.

Liked: Very welcoming from the moment we entered the hotel. The bar and restaurant were very clean and the service was good during our stay. Our room was comfortable and had a good supply of biscuits, tea and coffee. The hotel was was also located in a lovely location.
Disliked: Nothing worthy of note.
