Liked: The property is extremely clean and well maintained at all hours of the day, it's quite impressive. It smells really good and has so much to offer such as restaurants, top notch fitness facility and recovery, spa etc. It was also very easy to access drop off and pick ups from Uber/Lyft, which can be sometimes difficult on the strip.
Disliked: Nothing really but the only change I'd like to see is more healthy food options in the food court.

Liked: This hotel was incredible. They had everything. We were there during the holidays and everything felt so festive.
Disliked: Had a credit card mishap, but they corrected it immediately when it was brought to their attention, so check your charges while there.

Liked: Clean, big hotel.
Disliked: Lacks charm, service reasonable but not exceptional. Difficult to get drinks poolside.No coffee/tea in rooms and no bathtub in our room. Over priced restaurants and food quality average at best.

Booking.com ruined my stay! Fountainbleu...

Disliked: I got stuck between booking.com making a mistake on my booking and what the hotel said I had reserved. There didn't seem to be anyway to fix it! I had to pay more, I was embarrassed in front of clients and the whole experience was upsetting. I was unable to contact Booking .com to get help and the hotel has still not remedied the situation even though they said they would!
