The hotel was good location...

Liked: The ocean view was good. The room was nice and big.
Disliked: They messed up our reservation and downgraded us from what we already paid for. The guy at the reception was kinda rude Booking.com had to call them to correct the situation. We missed the sunset bec of their mess up.

Liked: Location, value, accommodations, extras like coffee, microwave, fridge, free parking, and a fireplace.
Disliked: The room phone didn't work. There was a strand of hair on the shower wall when I went to use it for the first time. I wish antibacterial bar soap would be placed in the bathroom. I wish mini half and half cups were placed with the coffee. For an extra fee, I wish someone could help unload the car . 😄
