Liked: Focus Motel is located in a convenient location close to Victoria Street restaurants and a 10 -15 minute walk along the Avon River into the centre of Christchurch. Our room had a separate lounge room and a kitchenette with a good supply of basic cooking equipment.

Liked: Very friendly owner/lady on reception who showed us to our room. Spacious and comfortable room with everything we needed. Good night sleep. A great place to stay! Would highly recommend.
Disliked: The only thing we can fault was the blind falling down in the bathroom when we tried to open the window, but we told the lady on reception when we checked out and she said thanks for letting her know so it could be fixed!

Liked: I arrived very early and was allowed to park my car in the parking while I was sightseeing in Christchurch. The bed was very comfortable and there was complementary coffee/thee in the room.
Disliked: The wifi stopped working in the evening.
