Liked: I liked everything. Courteous professional staff, clean warm rooms, clean bathrooms with good water pressure and hot water, all types of fast food nearby, transportation close by and extremely affordable lodging. This has and will always be my go to hotel in NYC.

My worst experience at this...

Liked: Nothing as the staff and management are horrible to deal with. Their response time was day
Disliked: The water in the bathtub was cold. Called the front desk who sent someone up an hour later. The person said the water is all set. Upon checking the water it was cold. The person responded it’s ok you can still shower. Hmm it’s the middle of winter. This all started around 9pm. I called the front desk who stated that he will change my room. 11pm came around and I decided to go down to the front desk. Whole and behold the person left for the night. And did not pass on to his relief the situation with my room. The issue was not resolved until 11:45pm. I contacted management who responded to me days later. And pretty much told me to screw myself!!!Therefore I am requesting a credit for the first night stay.
