Disliked: We chose this hotel because of the sauna and it was out of service. It would’ve been nice to know that beforehand. It includes breakfast but it felt very limited.

Liked: The location was so safe and walkable. La Condesa neighborhood is the best place to stay in Mexico city. They had a gym with all that you need for cardio but it is very small and limited otherwise. Breakfast was also decent and enjoyed the eggs which were made fresh. There was also a small shaded terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast which was so nice.
Disliked: I booked this place because it said on booking it was 24 hour front desk and we were arriving at five in the morning. When we got there, we had to wait outside the entrance for 20 minutes after calling over and over since nobody was at the front desk. It also said that there was a tour desk to help plan things, but when we asked about a transfer to San Miguel de Allende, the front desk said we would have to figure it out on our own. Lastly laundry service was advertised, but we were not able to get that done since there was a short window of the people that do it being available. I was surprised they couldnt just take the plastic bag they provided when they cleaned the room.
