I ask about saft because we had bad flight he say no sorry i have customer i told him i want to bye . He ignored me , for 5 i pait 87 euro . Sorry to say may late time i would not repeat 👏

Uncomfortable to stayy in this...

Liked: Is not clean hotel,they turn off the heat during the night with children is bad hotel to stay, its so cold , they dont care about guests request, not recommandet to go.

Never got our deposit back

Liked: Our stay was good for the price. However, we NEVER GOT OUR DEPOSIT BACK despite having sent several emails.

Liked: The bathroom is tiny and the shower curtain is short to prevent the water splashing over the bathroom. Also our bath was clogged and the water did not drain well making us stand in the puddle of our soaped water.

Liked: An amazing location which has a very good access to public transport (to centre 2 stops with the tram). Very good staff, welcoming and helpful. We really liked the room and had everything we need. Breakfast also good for extra €15 which was totally worth it. Good for vegetarians too. 5* for the receptionists. When we arrived was very easy to check in and the girl was very friendly. Same for when we checked out, girl was also friendly and nice. Hotel Florum, well done. I hope we will find betel’s like yours in the future! All the best, Mihai & Govinda
