Disliked: Can hear ealsy noise from other rooms, very thin walls.

Perfect location and pleasant hotel

Liked: I liked the staff spoke good English and were very polite and interested in talking to us and helpful in booking a taxi. Very good location. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Would have liked a bit bigger room and bathroom, it was a little cramped. And more optio for breakfast.

Disliked: Very noisy - I could hear both the noise from the street but also from anyone walking on the corridor. I understand construction is old but it really makes it uncomfortable, specially for light sleepers.Lift is always crowded and very slowBreakfast was very basic, no variety nor good quality, very expensive for the quality it has.

Very friendly and welcoming staff

Liked: Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, really made you feel at home, offered to arrange a taxi, gave detailed directions, happy to store baggage. There's a little Carrefour supermarket almost next door and plenty of places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, but wasn't very soundproof from noise inside the hotel; we could hear coughing from another room and doors opening and closing. We stayed on an off peak Monday night in February, and the price seemed high for the hotel quality, in comparison with others we have stayed in.
